The Huntsville Fire Department is a progressive, combination department in a rapidly growing city. The need for personnel is an ongoing need, and recruitment is a must. The department functions with 18 full-time, career personnel, and over 30 volunteer personnel. The volunteers are awarded certain benefits including membership with the State Firemens' and Fire Marshals' Association.
