Request Fire Report & Public Information

All Huntsville Fire Department fire report requests must be submitted through the City Secretary’s Office and are processed in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act using JustFOIA.

The Huntsville Fire Department does not release fire reports directly. Submitting your request through the City Secretary’s Office ensures proper review, redaction of confidential information, and timely processing in compliance with state law.

Fire reports cannot be released at fire stations, by phone, or by email and must be requested through the City Secretary’s Office.
