The City of Huntsville requires that Knox key boxes are installed on all new commercial structures within the City of Huntsville. This provides access to a structure or an area within a structure where access is restricted because of secured openings or where immediate access is necessary for life-saving or fire-fighting purposes. This program not only reduces response times but also reduces property damage in the event of a false alarm.  For your convenience, These can now be ordered online.

Follow these simple steps:
  • Step 1: Visit www.knoxbox.com
  • Step 2: Click on the BUY button.
  • Step 3: Enter "Huntsville Fire Dept" under department name, or enter your installation address.
  • Step 4: Choose the correct department. For building access select the first Huntsville Fire Dept (Verify Huntsville Texas), for gate access only, choose the second Huntsville Fire Dept (Verify Huntsville Texas) labelled underneath as "Huntsville/Walker Co Gate Access." 
  • Step 5: Choose product, add to cart and confirm installation address.
  • Step 6: Complete the checkout process.
