If you need to request court records, you must submit a written request which details what information you need. The written request must provide full name, date of birth or driver's license number, mailing address and a good contact number and it must specify what records are being requested such as a certified disposition or copy of citation, etc. Requests may be submitted by fax at (936) 295-8097, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or in person. For your convenience, you may submit the court's Records Request Form in person to court staff in order to request information. Please allow 7-10 business days for request to be processed.
