Parade/Event Permits

The Huntsville Police Department offers a Parade/Event Application for Citizens to request special events and Parades. Our policy is that the applicant must contact TxDOT at 936-295-7491 prior to completing the City of Huntsville application, for approval for any route that would include a State maintained roadway, i.e. SH 75 N, 11th Street, etc. Upon receiving the application, a review of the application will be made, and if approved, applicant will be notified at the contact provided on the application.
