City of Huntsville Parks and Leisure Department - Payment Process Update
Effective October 1, 2025, the City of Huntsville Parks and Leisure Department will begin accepting payments at the new City of Huntsville Service Center, located at the Parks and Leisure payment window.
Payment Options:
Note: If you plan to pay with cash, you must schedule an appointment with the Parks and Leisure Administrative Assistant.
Additionally, beginning October 1, 2025, rental deposits must be paid once the rental name is placed on the calendar.

The Parks and Leisure Department is excited to announce that the newly renovated Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center will be open for reservations starting Wednesday, November 1, 2023! The remodeled facility boasts a new stage, updated restrooms and kitchen, as well as other great additions to the building!
The Community Center will be available for rent between the hours of 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the facility.

The Martin Luther King Community Center has been reserved for the 2026 graduation day, May 23, 2026.
