2. Citizens can now request the removal of trees and limbs from the City right of way online. You will be able to track the progress of your request using your email address or a tracking number.
   Important Note: This service is for non-emergency related issues and is only monitored during business hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. If this is an emergency, such as for a tree blocking a street or anything that presents a hazard, please call 911.
4. Provide the Following Information:
   Please include a description of the problem and the specific location of the tree(s) and / or limbs that need to be removed (list nearest intersecting streets).
   
   Example: There is a large, dying pine tree that needs to be removed. The tree is located on the City right of way on the southeast corner of Avenue M and 12th Street.
