2. Instructions
   Street light outages are handled by Entergy, Texas Inc. and can be submitted in one of two ways:
   

   • You can submit your request online via Entergy's online form
   • You can call Entergy's customer service line at 800-368-3749, then press option 2, option 4, option 2, and lastly option 3

   
   Please note: Entergy normally handles outage requests within 3 business days. If you submit your request online using the link above, you will be given a tracking number which can then be used to obtain status updates by calling 800-368-3749, option 2, option 4, and then option 2.

   Please do not press the "Submit" button below unless you have a question for city staff that cannot be answered by Entergy, Texas, Inc.
