2. Citizens can now report non-urgent pot hole/road maintenance issues online. You will be able to track the progress of your request using your email address or a tracking number.
   Important note: This service is for non-emergency related issues and is only monitored during business hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. If this is an emergency, such as for a large pothole on a major thoroughfare or anything that presents a hazard, please call 911.

   Please include a description of the problem and the specific location of the pothole or maintenance issue (list nearest intersecting streets).
   
   Example: There is a large pothole about 3 feet in diameter at 1515 14th street (Near the corner of Avenue O and 14th street).
