Canva is a free online graphic design tool, which allows you to quickly create eye-catching content. Come learn this user-friendly tool at Huntsville Public Library from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Mondays, December 4 and December 11 in the Computer Lab. This FREE two-day course will introduce the basic tools used in design, the strategic use of color and font, how to make the best use of layouts, and advanced tips to expedite your design process. Want to create and edit professional resumes, newsletters, and documents? The Huntsville Public Library is offering Free Microsoft Word Classes. This series of four classes will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursdays in November. November dates are November 9, 16, and 30. They will feature activities on typing and how to make corrections, formatting text, working with pictures and graphics, and using tables and outlines with bullets. Class size is limited and registration is required. A library card is needed to participate in the classes. If you don’t have a card, bring your ID. Adults 18 and older can register for classes.
