Basic Computer Classes 

Are you interested in learning how to confidently use the computer? If your answer is yes, then come register for our free Computer Basics Classes! Classes will be from 11:00 - 12:00 p.m. on Thursdays, February 5, 12, 19, and 26, in the Adult Computer Lab. These classes will feature introductions of how to use the equipment, typing, emailing, and internet browsing. This program is for adults 18+. Registration and a library card are required to attend the class.

Microsoft Word Computer Classes

Want to create and edit professional resumes, newsletters, and documents? The Huntsville Public Library is offering Free Microsoft Word Classes every Thursday in March from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. This series of four classes will feature activities on typing and how to make corrections, formatting text, working with pictures and graphics, and using tables and outlines with bullets. Adults ages 18 and older can register online for classes. March dates are: 5, 12, 19 and 26.

One-on-One Tech help - Feb 2024

One-on-One Technology Help

Do you need help with technology? The Huntsville Public Library is now offering the "Book-a-Tech" program, consisting of individual technology instructional sessions. Typically, these sessions last thirty minutes, but patrons can request another lesson as needed. To book an appointment please call IT Desk at 936-291-5485 and our IT staff will contact you to schedule your free 30-minute appointment in which you can bring your personal devices to the library for a one-on-one session.
