Our Purpose

The Purpose of the Planning Division is to implement the Comprehensive Plan by ensuring development activities are in compliance with local and state laws.
 

Annexation Plan

The City of Huntsville has reviewed its boundaries of the city and its extraterritorial jurisdiction and has determined that it does not intend to annex any territory that in order to be annexed after three years is required to be in an annexation plan.
