Stay Notified

The City of Huntsville has an electronic notification system available from the City's web site under the Stay Notified icon.  Business and/or citizens can register to receive solicitation notifications via email or text.  

Public Purchase

The City of Huntsville uses a vendor management system called Public Purchase, which automates the process of bid notifications and provides an inlet for vendors to register their company for the sale of goods and or services for the city. To register as a vendor / supplier for the City of Huntsville, view the Public Purchase website and complete the appropriate fields. Please ensure that you include all commodity codes that relate to your company.

Solicitations over $50,000 may be found on Public Purchasing, this web site, and The Huntsville Item. You may still mail your catalogs or brochures to the Purchasing Department or email lgonzalez@huntsvilletx.gov with your information.
