Ken Foulch currently serves as the Operations Lieutenant for the Huntsville Police Department. He started in 1995 and previously worked for Sam Houston State University Police Department. Prior to his current assignment, he served the department in the capacity of a Detective Sergeant, Traffic Officer, Crime Scene Investigator, Advanced Crash Investigator, Detective and Patrol Officer.
Ken holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. He has an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from San Jacinto Junior College. He is a graduate of the Leadership Command College at the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas. He currently serves as a Criminal Justice Advisory board member for the Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC).
