Login using your municipal online payments username and password or register for an account if you do not have a municipal online payment account.
Once logged in follow the prompts to link your utility account.
Once your account is linked open the Utility Billing module to see and pay your utility account
Huntsville City Council passed Ordinance 2020-21 on April 7, 2020, extending the Disaster Declaration. The Ordinance also included the following statement: City Utility Service shall not be suspended for non-payment until such disaster orders by the State, County and City relating to COVID-19 are terminated by order or by law. The City shall also waive all late fees and penalties for March and April for utility service. As a note, customers will be responsible for bills once the current situation has resolved. Customers should consider paying any amount possible to avoid a large bill.
The Utility Billing Division provides the following services:
Assists with service requests
Collects bills for water, waste water and solid waste services
Provides information related to billing and services
The division also acts as a collection point for monies received by other City departments.
