Pilates is a great way to strengthen your abs, reduce back pain and hone your focus. Pilates student teachers from the SHSU Department of Dance will teach a weekly class from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM starting Monday, February 11 in the Community Room at the Huntsville Public Library. The Huntsville Public Library is partnering with the SHSU Center for Community Engagement for this program. Benefits include production of muscle tone that doesn’t create bulk, overall slimming, greatly improved flexibility and increased mobility, even in just a short time. Please bring your own towel or mat. Consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program. Liability waivers are required to participate and are available from the instructor.
